At BioKinetic Performance Strength & Conditioning, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals. We believe in a holistic approach that combines physical training, nutrition, and mental well-being.

Our Functional Female Performance clases are designed specifically with the goal of empowering women. This is a limited group size class that will teach you about strength training, nutrition and mindset in order to achieve the results you want! Whether that's getting back into training, getting started on your fitness journey, or to get stong and healthy. Our class is programmed specifically to build strength and muscle, as well as giving you the knowledge, and skills to build the body you want! Maybe you want to compete in an event, or maybe you just want to be fitter and healthier. This class will guide you towards that goal! If you've ever wanted to try training, but don't like the thought of going to a gym full of people, or feeling like you wouldn't know what to do, this is the class for you! You will become part of a supportive community made up of women who have similar fitness goals. You will learn how to perform exercises correctly, and with that, you will find a strength and confidence, you may never have imagined you could have!

If group classes are not for you, and you would prefer one to one coaching, then this is the option for you! All one to one training uses individually taylored programming in order to get the results you want, based on your specific fitness goals. Whether it is getting stronger, getting fitter, improving sports performance, or perhaps even a just getting started, one to one ensures that you have the full attention of the coach for your sessions.

A popular class, filled with some incredibly strong and lovely women! This class is about one thing, and that's growing your glutes! Our wonderful community of ladies who work incredibly hard, are supportive and encouraging, making this class buzz! So if you fancy focussing your efforts on you glutes, this is the class for you!

You don't need any equipment to train with us! We have all the equipment you'll need.
No! There is no required previous training experience needed to train with us, as you will learn all abot each exercise, and how to perform them correctly and safely.
Functional Female Performance is £80 per month (2 classes per week)
Personal Training is £60 per 1 hour session
Glutes Class is £30 per month (1 class per week) / £60 (2 classes per week)
Training sessions typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of program and individual needs.

Our Functional Female Performance class stands above other classes offered, as it is structured in a way that each participant will get comprehensive coaching on their technique during each class. This means that you will be learning to move well, and safely throught each exercise. This also allows the coach to modify any movements based on mobility restrictions, or injuries, so that you can still get a great workout done! All participants will get nutrtitional advice to help them achieve their goals, as well as weekly check ins to monitor physiological changes. All this whilst being in a gym space which is soley booked out for this class, means that you will not have to worry about lack of equipment, or space to train, we've got that covered!
